DTEK

Sergey Detyuk was promoted to information technology director at DTEK, a leading Ukrainian power company controlled by Rinat Akhmetov.

Mr. Detyuk, an 11-year of the IT industry, moves into his new role after managing the IT division of DTEK's financial division for the last two years.

During his career, Mr. Detyuk has held top IT department positions at various industrial groups, including Donetsk-based ISTIL metallurgical plant, Ukrpidshipnik and Dniprospetsstal metallurgical company.

Under his leadership DTEK introduced a company-wide IT infrastructure based on Microsoft solutions. He also developed a long-term IT strategy to maximize efficiency and deliver real-time management reporting across DTEK's activities.

Earlier this year, Mr. Detyuk oversaw the introduction of a SAP ERP system, which will allow te company to automate its planning and management processes.

BDO Legal Ukraine

Sergey Moliboh has been appointed director at BDO Legal Ukraine, a law practice.

In his new position, Mr. Moliboh will be in charge of providing legal services to BDO clients in Ukraine.

Mr. Moliboh started his career as legal counsel in a Ukrainian company, later transferring to the position of tax and legal services manager for KPMG Ukraine, which provided Mr. Moliboh with vital experience and expertise that enables him to take charge at BDO Legal Ukraine.

Mr. Moliboh graduated from the legal faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University and later received a law certificate.

 

 

Willard

Sanita Rantsane has been appointed director of Willard Belarus.

A graduate of the Belarusian State Economic University in international marketing, Sanita has broad experience with a number of consulting firms including Davis Manafort, where she handled the international press for the 2004 presidential campaign of Viktor Yanukovych.

Ms. Rantsane also has experience in NGOs such as the International Committee of the Red Cross and served for some time as a head of bureau and a foreign correspondent of ONT Belarusian National Television.

First, there is a need for a quality, English-language marketing magazine. Secondly, we need to reach out to a larger contributor base to gain more diversified opinions. Thirdly, we need to define the purpose of the magazine more clearly.
