The Great Cartoon Caption Challenge

You've heard of the Naked Cowboy who sings for coins in New York's Times Square. Well, now comes the Naked Ad man. Some agencies will go to any lengths to win an account.

Frankly, we don't remember what was on our minds when we thought up the accompany cartoon a few years ago for an edition of our former magazine, The Ukrainian Observer, and we thought it might be fun to delay our curiosity for a while.

Hence, this month the Great Cartoon Caption Challenge takes over for The Great Billboard Face Off of August.

All you have to do to win is come up with the cleverest, most humorous caption and send it in to Oksana.Yerofeyeva@twg.com.ua  . It can either be in English, Ukrainian or Russian.

What's the prize for winning the September Great Cartoon Caption Challenge? We have a rather nice bottle of Merlot with your name on it. The contest will be judged by our long-time cartoonist, Ruslan Brygar.  Good luck.

The Conglomerate Disease

If there is an ad or PR agency that has ever been made better by being acquired by one of the conglomerates, then I think it must exist on some far-flung planet.
