The EBA have added a number of interesting interviews to their 'Business Leaders Talk' series. The interviews investigate the hopes and predictions of the business community in Ukraine. Second in the hot-seat was Nestl?'s Bruno Le Cicle and he has been followed by Alexei Kredisov of Ernst & Young and Dario Marchetti of Danone.

EBA Business Battle - Spring League 2010

We are happy to inform you that the EBA Business Battle - Spring League 2010 is officially launched! The first exciting game of the Business Battle took place on 16 February, 19:00 in Barsky Night Club.
Traditionally four teams took part in the competition, that was divided into two games:

1 game: Alfa Insurance vs Desnagrain
Winner - Alfa Insurance with the score 3:0   

2 game: Office SolutionsUkraine vs Ruukki Ukraine
Winner - Office SolutionsUkraine with the score 3:2

After a "music pause" performed by the famous Ukrainian R&B singer Andriy Kishe the winners of the preliminary games met in the final Battle. Both teams demonstrated a strong knowledge and fighters qualities. But when there is a competition there is a winner. And we are delighted to announce that the team of Office Solutions Ukraine became a winner of the first game of the EBA Business Battle - Spring League 2010.
We cordially congratulate the winners of the Battle and thank all participating teams.

EBA Basketball Tournament 2010

The European Business Association held the EBA Basketball Tournament 2010 on Saturday, 20 February, 10:00 in The National University of Food Technologies (29A Nauky Square, Kyiv).

The event was full of team spirit and competition.

The following teams took part in the tournament:
1. A.B.C. Group of Companies
2. OTP Bank
3. Magisters
4. Deloitte & Touche Usc
5. Synevo Ukraine
6. Asters
7. Astelit (Mobile Services Operator Life:)), LLC
8. Slavutich, Carlsberg Group
9. adidas-Ukraine, SC
10. Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC
11. Ernst & Young
12. Kyiv City

A.B.C. Group, Astelit and youth team Kyiv City reached the final. The ultimate fight was full of excitement and the youth team Kyiv City became the winner. A.B.C. Group and Astelit took the second and the third place respectively.

The guest of honor was the basketball player, twice champion of NBA and former Los Angeles Lakers' Stanislav Medvedenko, who attended the award ceremony.

Good old friends, not rivals, have met on the basketball court. The EBA is grateful to all Tournament's participators and plans to have even more fun next time.
