Visa Ukraine

Svetlana Georbelidze has become head of Visa Ukraine.  She will manage Visa's business in the Ukrainian market and will be responsible for the management of the Kyiv office.  In this role, she reports Jean-Marc Tonti, general manager for South East Europe and CIS.

Ms. Georbelidze joined Visa International in March 2003 as area manager for CIS countries. She was responsible for the development of Visa’s business in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and relationship management with some Russian member banks.

She will continue to hold responsibility for Georgia, Armenia and Moldova.

Prior to Visa, Ms. Georbelidze was vice-president of several Georgian banks for seven years, with responsibility for customer service, including card business development in the market. Before that she had more than 14 years’ experience in retail and corporate banking. She was also involved in the establishment of card processing in Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Henkel Ukraine        

Henkel has announced that Miroslav Krejsa has been appointed President of Henkel Ukraine. In his new responsibilities, he will succeed Dieter Knoll, who continues his assignments for Henkel in the CEE region.

As president of Henkel Ukraine, Mr. Krejsa will be responsible for the development of Henkel businesses on the Ukrainian market and represent the company in all external relations on national and international levels.

Mr. Krejsa, 39, joined Henkel in 2000 as marketing director Laundry & Home Care of Henkel Czech Republic, with responsibility for the markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2002, he took over responsibility as sales director of this division significantly contributing to its successful business development.

In March 2005, he became sales director Laundry & Home Care of Henkel Russia and successfully implemented a comprehensive re-engineering of the whole sales structure.  He developed efficient distributors’ and field steering, and advanced teams in key account and category management, trade marketing as well as in sales operations and led them in excellence to unprecedented successes in all sales KPI dimensions

Prior to Henkel, Mr. Krejsa was marketing director for Hartmann-Rico, where he was responsible for the company’s business development in the Czech and Slovak markets.
Mr. Krejsa holds a baccalaureate degree in economics from Masaryk University Brno. He speaks Czech, English, German, and Russian.
